HR Operations Specialist - North America
The Position


Ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re seeking a motivated team member to help build and enhance our HR General Services across North America. This role offers the opportunity to lead key back-end processes throughout the employee life cycle —from onboarding to offboarding— while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.Participate in the roll-in of the selected client countries following the deployment roadmap regarding employee central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any similar programs. Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration.Extensive customer orientation-  International experience.Business fluency in English.Ideally work experience in different HR roles.Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
