This role offers the opportunity to lead key back-end processes throughout the employee life cycle —from onboarding to offboarding— while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any similar programs. Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration.Extensive customer orientation- International experience.Business fluency in English.Ideally work experience in different HR roles.Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
