What You'll Do

As an HR Specialist based in Zurich, you will oversee a broad range of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. You will draft and update employment contracts, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure full compliance with Swiss labor law, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with our Payroll, Finance, and Mobility teams, you will coordinate seamless HR operations, support recruitment activities, and contribute to global mobility matters such as work permits and immigration. You will also play a key role in advancing HR projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, and the implementation of innovative tools (e.g., Workday modules, digital signature solutions) to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, you will monitor and ensure data quality across HR systems, support internal reporting and HR KPIs, and provide expert advice on HR policies and employment law matters. You will also help design and deliver HR events and communications, contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience.



What You'll Bring

You have a commercial degree (KV), bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.HR-specific training or certification (e.g., HRSE, Eidg. Fachausweis) is a strong asset.You’ve acquired one to three years of solid HR experience in Switzerland, ideally in HR operations or generalist roles within an international, service-oriented environment.You have sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.You possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with digital HR tools/HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors), or a strong willingness to learn.Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is an advantage.Experience with global mobility topics such as work permits and cross-border employment is a plus.Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages such as French or Italian are a strong asset.You have a strong interest in digital transformation and improving HR processes through innovative solutions.You have excellent communication skills, a proactive and service-minded attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting people.You’re able to remain calm under pressure, adapt flexibly to change, and approach challenges with a positive mindset.
