Your responsibilities

Managing compensation and benefits administration and supporting annual compensation, annual incentive & sales Incentive processesEnsuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems and managing production worker Sales incentive calculationEnsuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of information with all stakeholdersEnsuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level agreements (s)Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessarySupporting employee queries using HR Case Management Tool – Service Now and leading process improvementprojects as and when required
 

Your background

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fieldsMinimum 2 year’s experience in compensation and benefits and Incentive planning in an HR Shared Services environment for a global companyExperience in working in SAP moduleUnderstanding of Workday core compensation and advanced compensation module would be an advantage
