HR Operations Specialist
Purpose:
To empower and engage in the execution of HR administrative activities (Data Management, Reporting, Data Quality), ensuring alignment with Dynamic Shared Ownership principles and fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
Execute HR transactions in internal employee systems with a focus on autonomy and accountabilityProcess partner for Hiring Managers, HR business Partner, TA and employeesExecute hiring and onboarding activities (i.e. systems management, contracts, medical checks) with close cooperation with Talent Acquisition teamEngage with workflow systems to support team efficiency and resolve issuesCollaborate with external stakeholders (i.e. relocation companies)Proactively monitor and address process exceptions, bottle necks/road blocks, seeking opportunities for improvementEmbrace flexibility to adapt to evolving process requirements
Who Your Are:
Proficient in relevant IT systems (SAP and Workday) and digital tools that support agile and responsive HR practices2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role/HR AdminBasic knowledge of polish labour lawNice to have experience in onboarding and hiring processes, including for foreign candidatesStrong computer skills, including proficiency in office suite applicationsProficiency in English (B2), with effective communication skills for diverse interactionsAdditional European language - beneficialOpenness to continuous learning and skill development in line with Dynamic Shared Ownership valuesOpenness to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be present in the Gdańsk office once a week or as needed YOUR APPLICATION
