What you’ll do

Responsible for coordinating with vendors to accurately & timely handle monthly payroll & benefitsManage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, transfer, promotion, offboarding) with compliance and accurate updatesMaintain and optimize HRIS data; support testing and implementation of system-related projectsAssist HR Operation Manager to lead on local implementation of global projects to drive adherence to enterprise standards;Implement related HR policies, ensuring compliance with the local labor law.All internal and external audit requirements for HR related activities, Including all required government reports and submissions on time.Data analysis provision and project support when necessary.Act as the first-line HR contact (Tier 1) to answer employees’ daily HR inquiries on policies, processes, systems, and benefits, ensuring timely closureAssist with HR communications, employee events, surveys, and feedback collectionProvide operational support to HRBPs during key HR programs such as: Performance management, Promotion/salary review/talent review and Employee movements & org changes Support HRBP in handling urgent employee incidents by verifying information, doing initial communication and follow-upOther ad hoc assignments from line manager.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management or related fieldFluent in Chinese and English – both verbal and writtenFamiliar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook3 years or above related working expherience, multinational company experience in perferredGood communication skill, Strong interpersonal skill, Problem-solving skillPro-active, quick learner and team playerAbility to prioritize tasksStrong HR system experience, detail oriented, Workday experience is preferred.Familiar with labor law
