Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for VP and above executives’ foreign affairs support, offering customized visa application solutions based on their needs. Collaborate with vendors to facilitate visa processing. Support foreign executives in obtaining work visas, permanent residency, and other related immigration matters in China.

2. Support business visa projects including corporate events, overseas programs, media groups, and visa support for recruiting top foreign talent.

3. Efficiently manage FA onsite agents and ensure smooth work, providing timely assistance for special cases, offer support during peak time to help manage workload. Work with government agencies for special invitation letter processing and related tasks.

4. Conduct data analysis and reporting, and organize internal process manuals, assist in handling visa-related tasks.

5. Organize TB on regular basis and Complete ad-hoc tasks and short-term projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant experience preferred.

2. Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Sensitive to data and information, capable of conducting effective analysis.

5. Reliable, honest, self-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
