About the Role
Are you passionate about HR operations and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee support.
Offer Letters and Onboarding:
Prepare and send offer letters to new hires. Address any pre-incorporation queries promptly. Follow up on the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new team members. Coordinate with the different areas of the department to have the necessary procedures up to the hire date. Ensure that all employee documentation (contracts, amendments...) is properly maintained and compliant with legal requirements. Assist in the main Onboarding information sessions to give a warm welcome to the new hires.Compliance and Global Hiring:
Understand and navigate hiring regulations specific to each country (Currently working in more than 20 countries worldwide). Assist with foreign hire processes. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local laws.HR Systems Management:
Create and complete employee profiles in the main HR tool (Personio). Keep the employees' profiles up to date. Generate and maintain periodic HR controlling reports and dashboards.Talent Coordination:
Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team. Coordinate with the Talent team for a smooth onboarding process.Employee Support:
Address employee daily queries via the main internal channels (email, slack and Jira). Provide guidance and support on various employment-related matters, as well as coordinate with the different areas of the department to have all the necessary information.Benefits and Payroll:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR administrative role. English level → C1 or higher; proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with Personio or a similar HR System. Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with managers and employees. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters.Benefits & Perks
