HR Operations Process Specialist
**A day in the life:** + Acts as end to end SME of ensuring all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) + Responsible in identifying relevant controls in the end-to-end process and ensure consistent application across all teams. + Identifies, proposes and executes process initiatives to ensure efficiency and improve performance, partnering with Process Optimizer + Drive and coordinate workstream reviews and co-facilitate MOR to ensure timely resolution of open items. + Coaches and trains the team members to address the end to end functional capability building needs (connecting the dots) + Drive Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible, through:1. Support in identification of opportunity for automation and analytics, conduct and document feasibility together with PO, operations and BSA/Analytics team.2. Lead process improvement projects relevant to metrics, trend analysis and market feedback3. Sharing of good practices and success stories across organization (expert network) that would help in process improvement and efficiency **What will make you successful** + Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related course + Analytical skills and has experience in end to end payroll processing (basic payroll reconciliation is a plus) + Proficient in SAP + Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-placed environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on large quantities of data and assignments simultaneously + Experienced in project management and/or working in a global environment + Has a Good Communication skills + Has experience in dealing with stakeholders
