Job Description: Main Responsibilities: + Plan and execute for employee connection & engagement initiatives, such as townhall, skip-level meetings, employee resources network etc. + Manage and participate employ listening channels as HR representative in scenarios such as labor/management meeting, engagement survey and etc. + Support continuous improvement initiatives of local HR practices and global people priorities. + Take lead for labor-related audit and government labor-related requests. + Support offshore-shared service center as first contact window for international supervisor & employee supports on people management routines. Basic Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business related area is required. MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred. + Experience of 5-8 years as HR Generalist or HRBP role.
