You’ll ensure smooth delivery of HR services, focusing on efficiency, employee experience, and continuous improvement. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with local and global teams to align processes and drive impactful change. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace experience. **Responsibilities** - Oversee HR operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. - Collaborate with global teams to align HR systems and processes. - Act as a key contact for resolving escalated HR issues. - Monitor and report on HR performance metrics to identify improvement areas. - Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic:** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services. - Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems. - Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken). - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. **Preferred:** - Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. - Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow. - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations. - Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvements. - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across cultures and teams. **Work Location:** This role is based in Japan and requires on-site presence with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
