Job Description
1. Responsible for the operations of employees’ life cycle to provide a positive experience to staff, such as on-boarding, orientation, renewal, transfer, employment and dismissal procedure handling etc.
2. Manage local benefits planning, optimization and employee communication. This includes, but not limited to, employee medical insurance, medical check-up, company product internal purchase, Feng Xian government welfare programs, etc
3. Collaborate with payroll outsourcing vendors to oversee the payroll processing, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time while complying with tax and labor laws.
4. Responsible for HR operational work for the Shanghai headquarters, 30 branches, and 3 plants, ensuring that social benefits, individual income tax declarations, union fees, and disability fund is processed comply with local policies and regulations.
5. Manage employee attendance and leave to ensure attendance data accuracy and timeliness and leave procedure and policy complied with local laws and regulations.
6. Generate various data reporting related to personnel and salary to support business requests.
7. Maintain the HR systems and Employee p-file and related information timely to ensure the complete and correct preservation of various data
8. Assist with employee relationship issues related to labor laws & regulations and employee disciplinary actions .
9. Participate in formulating and improving relevant work processes/systems to enhance operation efficiency and user experience.
10. Assist with HR projects related to establishment and optimization of HR policies &rules
11. Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
1.Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a sensitivity to numbers.
2. Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
3. Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented spirit.
4. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) certified, with fluent spoken English.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management, or a related field.
6. 5 years of relevant work experience.
