We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with 3 years of experience to manage and streamline HR processes. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, compliance, and reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Coordinate background verification and documentation.HRIS & Data Management:
Manage and update HRIS systems. Generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and analytics. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring timely inputs. Assist in benefits administration including insurance, leaves, and reimbursements.Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies. Assist in audits and statutory compliance documentation.Employee Engagement & Support:
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support HR initiatives and engagement activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Zoho People. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
