HR Operations Assoc
**Adecco** is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **HR Operations Associate** to support the seamless execution of HR processes across assigned client groups. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure timely and accurate HR transactions, system support, and project coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR operations experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Pay Rate** : $ 38.82/hr **Location:** On site in Solon, OH **Shift** : M – F 9:00am – 5:00pm **Type:** Temp to hire **Responsibilities:** Execute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., position creation, new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) in SAP/SuccessFactors for a defined client group. Primarily responsible for providing backup coverage for other HR Ops team members as needed for PTO and surge support. Serve as a liaison between HR Business Partners and COEs to understand the end-to-end HR organization (e.g., Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Mobility). Facilitate in-person I-9 verification for new hires on Day 1. Manage HR administrative tasks including supply orders, shipping labels, equipment returns, and mail distribution. Maintain and transition physical HR files to electronic formats. Track and reconcile department expenses using a Purchase Card. Own data integrity for SAP HR Master Data and generate reports (e.g., new hire, transfer, termination). Support HR Ops projects such as acquisitions/divestitures, scorecard maintenance, and audit reporting. Assist during peak volume periods and contribute to special projects. Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred. 1–2 years in HR, administrative support, or customer service within a corporate setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors preferred.
