**Overview**
**HR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**
Join our **People & Culture team** as an **HR Operations Assistant** and play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic, international organization.
From managing documentation to helping organize occupational health exams and supporting our international colleagues, you’ll be part of the backbone that keeps our talent processes running smoothly for almost 400 employees—and growing.
This role is **perfect for students with relevant studies or those who want to gain experience in** **the field of** **HR** , and also ideal for **those returning from** **maternity leave** who are looking for a flexible way to ease back into the world of work.
**The tasks and challenges you will face as a member of our People & Culture team:**
+ Assist with HR documentation: scanning, printing, binding, filing, and maintaining employee records.
+ Support SZÉP card administration by communicating with eligible colleagues and collecting required information.
+ Track and update records related to holiday and sick leave.
+ Coordinate annual occupational health exams for all colleagues based in our Budapest office.
+ Help organize and manage documentation for our international employees.
+ Manage the onboarding day of our new joiners with care and attention to detail—ensuring all documentation is prepared, equipment is arranged, and they feel welcomed from day one.
+ Support processes related to employee income tax returns.
+ Join regular status meetings (often in English) and collaborate with HR colleagues across local and global teams.
**We're looking for you, if you:**
+ Speak **Hungarian** **fluently** , and you are comfortable participating in **English-language meetings** .
+ Have a keen eye for detail and enjoy keeping things organized.
+ Can **prioritize tasks** and manage your own workflow.
+ Are open, reliable, and eager to support others.
+ Are curious about how the world of advertising and creativity works—you’ll be surrounded by it daily!
+ It is considered an advantage if you have either relevant studies (eg. Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics) or some experience in the field of HR, Operations or Administration.
+ In case you are a student, you have an active student status, and your university schedule allows you to work with us.
