\nAs an Employee Relations Analyst, you’ll get to:
\n\n Investigate and resolve complex and escalated employee concerns, often in partnership with other internal support departments\n Interpret, review and revise Conduent policies, procedures and guidelines\n\nWe’d love to hear from you if you:
\n\n Have 3 years of Human Resources experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Generalist, Training, Talent Acquisition, etc.\n Have a high degree of initiative and embrace working both independently and as part of a team\n Enjoy problem solving and performing analysis\n\nWhat else are we looking for?
\n\n Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.\n Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills\n Organized: Must be organized and able to follow a systematic method of completing tasks. Ability to prioritize a must.\n Analytical Skills: Must be able to think and reason to solve a problem.\n Problem Solving: Must be able to find solutions within the Conduent guidelines, Federal guidelines and in the best interest of the parties involved.\n Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings (background, drug screen).\n Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.\n\nAdditional skills that would be great:
\n\n Previous experience in a transaction processing and/or outsourcing environment\n Familiarity with interpreting and applying US Federal and State laws\n\n\n
