HR Operations and Delivery Analyst I

Role Responsibilities:
+ Provide broad Employee Relations support to, specific business units
+ Participates and liaises centralized HR services across employee data, talent acquisition operations, benefits, grievance procedures and leaves
+ Communicates services with the internal and external HR information systems, HR program managers and specialists
+ Solving problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers and facilitate appropriate solutions
+ Identify and drive process improvement
+ Interpret, review and revise Conduent policies, procedures, and guidelines
+ Assist with Payroll processing
+ Onboarding
+ Offboarding, processing and retention program
+ Employee’s files and records retention
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Organized: Must be organized and able to follow a systematic method of completing tasks
+ Ability to prioritize a must
+ Analytical Skills: Must be able to think and reason to solve a problem
+ Problem Solving: Must be able to find solutions within the Conduent guidelines, Federal guidelines and in the best interest of the parties involved
+ Intermedia to advanced level knowledge in MS Office applications
+ Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
+ HR Generalist Experience
+ Ability to work on a team structure
+ Experience using efficiency/utilization tracking tool systems
+ Intermedia to advanced English level
