HR Operations Analyst II
Description

Summary:

HR Operations Analyst IIs manage key tasks and activities end to end with minimal direction. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drafts policy and process documentation. Manages Risk Controls. Reviews current processes, present suggestions, and implements changes for improvement. Develops strong working relationships beyond HR, including external vendors. Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects; may act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.Develops staff on specific tasks or projects and controls deployment of resources. Liaison with  Risk; has a responsibility for coordinating risk testing, UDT documentation, creating procedures and process maps.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Well-developed prioritization skills for individual and team activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (budgeting, root cause analysis) Strong knowledge of analytical & presentation tools and some database analysis capabilities (Oracle, Workday, Tableau)
