Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Operations Analyst to join our client's award-winning Human Resources team in San Antonio, TX. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and functionality of their Human Resource Information System (HRIS), supporting HR operations, and ensuring seamless data management and reporting. This position is a true contract to hire and offers competitive compensation along with benefits during the contract engagement. Responsibilities: * Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality (e.g., promotions, job changes, terminations, organizational assignments) * Serving as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing user support and troubleshooting * Generating and distributing regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance metrics) * Conducting data audits and supporting imports/exports to ensure data integrity * Collaborating with HR, IT, and system vendors to implement system enhancements and updates * Assisting with testing and deployment of new HRIS features or modules * Duties and projects as assigned
