Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Business Services AC team. The analyst will support key processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and automation tools management, while collaborating with teams in the US.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.Assist in the delivery and tracking of Learning & Development (L&D) trainings.Manage and respond to high volumes of internal communications (primarily via email).Operate and troubleshoot bots and automated tools used in daily operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S., Mexico, and India.Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, or priorities.Handle ad hoc operational tasks and support requests.

Requirements:

Advanced English (mandatory).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service orientation.Advanced students in HR, Psychology, or related fields (not mandatory).At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred).Familiarity with advanced digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, or UIPath. (nice to have)
