Main Responsibilities
Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving. Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP, Tripactions Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region. Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards on Power BI. Support the team with report requests and system assistance. Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.Required Skills
Pursuing a degree in preferably business administration, human resources, and other relevant studies Basic analytical skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) Data visualization; Proficient in Excel Communication skills: strong communication skills for day-to-day work with executives; good business writing & presentation skills; being proactive and self-organised. Able to commit for 6 months.
