What does an HR Manager do at Hogarth?
The HR Manager will develop and implement Human Resources strategies, ensuring conditions to achieve the business plan of the company. Implement rules and procedures that have the goal of providing a qualified and efficient workforce to the company.
Requirements
Organize Human Resources indicators (turnover, payroll, headcount x billing, training hours, etc.), providing information to the board of directors and acting on the variables that point out the need for greater attention. Establishing guidelines for the implementation and development of salary and benefit administration programs, as well as manage career and succession plans for all departments of the company. Responsible for managing payroll and overseeing the HR management system. Coach team managers, providing information on human resources processes, such as: compensation, vacations, training and team efficiency, legal issues, etc. Develop policies and procedures aimed at retaining and attracting professionals that interest the company. Based on the results of the organizational environment research, contribute with the board of directors to take initiatives to create a culture that shows Hogarth as a company in which employees enjoy working. Coordinate actions of internal communication, establishing rules and patterns to be followed. Manage the budget of the HR department, following the company's policies in compliance with its best practices, ensuring the quality of the work of its employees within the current legislation. Be in charge of internal and external communication (transmit relevant information...). Enable training/workshops. Reinforce company values and culture.Requirements
Technical Skills
Knowledge of labor legislation, administrative, accounting and financial concepts and practices. Knowledge of best practices in Human Resources. Training, Teams Development concepts and practices. Experience in the HR área. Advanced English Level. Advanced Microsoft Office.Soft Skills
Present excellent skill in time management and ability to efficiently prioritize simultaneous demands by making the necessary adaptations. Be able to manage changes, showing quick learning, great flexibility and easy adaptation in ambiguous or uncertain situations.
