Descripción del empleo

Bosch San Luis Potosí is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee training, development, and dual education programs in our automotive manufacturing plant. This role is key in fostering a skilled workforce, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting the professional growth of employees at all levels.

Design, implement, and manage training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and global Bosch standards.

Oversee technical and soft skills training programs for operational, engineering, and administrative personnel.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Dual Education Program in collaboration with local universities, technical institutions, and government entities.

Monitor training needs through regular assessments and performance evaluations.

Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with legal and Bosch internal requirements.

Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment.

Support internal career development paths and succession planning processes.

Act as a key liaison between plant operations, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Learning & Development teams.

Requisitos

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or automotive environment.

Proven experience managing dual education or apprenticeship programs.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English (German is a plus).

Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies.
