KONE is searching for a dynamic and results-driven People & Communications Business Partner to join our team in Natanya. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our business leaders to create, lead and implement strategies that align seamlessly with KONE's objectives and the local strategic priorities. In this matrix organization, you will be reporting directly to the People & Communications Director for EEM region. You will be a member of local leadership team, EEM People and Communications LT and Europe People and Communications network. Responsibilities:
Business partnering: Understand and translate business objectives into people and communications priorities. Advise and coach business leaders and actively contribute to leadership team discussions.
Business partnering for annual People and Communications processes: Collaborate with Center of Expertise teams to ensure smooth delivery of processes and focus on outcomes.
Strategy deployment: Drive the people and communications agenda aligning with KONE's strategic direction and local strategic priorities.
Local people operations and compliance: Collaborate with the People Operations team to meet local requirements and take responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of local People related policies, processes and systems to ensure alignment with the business strategy and goals. You will also ensure the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards.
Employee Engagement: Own the unit's engagement agenda, manage engagement surveys, and support managers in enhancing employee engagement.
Culture, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity: Develop and execute initiatives to promote KONE's culture and advance diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Change leadership: Support main business transformations and strategic programs and provide coaching, training, and hands-on support.
Communication: in collaboration with local People ops team and Communications CoE, ensure effective internal and external communications representation in the people and communications agenda.
Workforce planning: Analyze and forecast workforce and labor cost development needs, develop approaches to meet them, and support related actions.
Organization development and capability building: Support strategic direction through organization design and consult on organizational changes.
Labor relations: build and maintain relations with unions, negotiate new collective agreements, work with different projects together with unions
Wellbeing: Advise on wellbeing strategies and drive improvement initiatives.
Competence development: ensure together with learning and development colleagues that employees and their competence levels meet current and future business needs (long- and short-term workforce planning, deployment of strategic workforce plan)

Proven experience as a HR Manager / People Business Partner in a multicultural and multinational business environment.
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Diverse experience in coaching and developing talent, teams, and business leaders.
Transformation and Change Management experience.
Experience in collaborating with labor unions
People & Communications process and project management experience
Matrix working experience in cross-border organization.
Business acumen and a commercial mindset
Industrial relations and workplace relations experience
Knowledge of People & Communications and safety-related regulations and legislation
Ability to support businesses in budgeting.
Fluency in English & Hebrew
