Primary Location:

Human Resources Manager: Carries out policies and assists management in all phases of human resources activity and develops and executes approved programs to recruit qualified applicants consistent with the expectations of each position and in compliance with Company policies.

Preforms tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management and development.

Maintains and understands documentation of company policies, benefits and personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, progressive discipline, compensation changes, and terminations.

Lead talent strategy in accordance with established processes to ensure hiring talent that aligns with culture and values.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Manages job posting and advertisement processes.

Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.

Advises locations and management, verbally and in writing, of company policy regarding employment regulations, compensation, and employee benefits.

Investigates and documents incidents of company policy and procedure violations and facilitates corrective action to management.

Represents the company at employee related hearings and investigations.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
