Job DescriptionStrategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in GermanyBeing strategic HR partner to the German and European management teamFunctional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentorSupport and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processesDriving forward HR transformation, process, and organizational developmentCreation, monitoring, and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations, including HR budgetCollaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation, including system implementationsNegotiations with the German works council, including collective bargainingImplementation of corporate initiatives in Germany, particularly in the areas of EHS, ethics, communication, and employee engagementLeading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topicsSupporting and driving change management measures

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in
a manufacturing and international  environmentStrong knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesExperience working with works councilsFluency in German and English (written and spoken)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong  leadership and decision- making abilities, hands-on mentality
