HR Manager
Location: Onsite in Westwood, MA (5 days/week)

A client in Westwood, MA, is looking to hire an HR Manager who is well versed in HR policies & procedures, leaves of absence (LOA), employee relations, investigations, compliance, and more.

Responsibilities:

Manage HR policies & proceduresOversee LOA cases, including FMLA and PFMLHandle unemployment and Worker's Compensation claimsSupport employee onboarding and trainingWork collaboratively with the HR/TA team and company leadership

Requirements:
