Duties: * Provide strategic and hands-on HR support across all sites * Manage labor relations at unionized facilities, including grievance resolution and collective bargaining * Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles * Ensure compliance with employment laws in Missouri, California, and New York * Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks * Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives * Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture * Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews and enrollment * Maintain HRIS records and generate compliance and decision-making reports
