About the Role:

This is an HR Manager opportunity which will involve working alongside an a small HR team to cover day to day HR operations throughout the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Management of all HR policies and procedures, renewing and updating as requiredEmployee relationsSupporting with recruitment across the businessManaging annual performance review processWorking with wider team to ensure company benefit schemes are up to dateKeeping HR system up to dateKeeping up to date with UK employment law.

Candidate Specification:

Prior HR Management experience in a financial services settingStrong team-player, able to work independently as well as supporting colleagues as and when neededStrong knowledge and experience of Employee RelationsCIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Information

Salary is up to £120K depending on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits including a competitive discretionary bonus.Must have a 2 week or less notice period to apply. Hours are 9am - 6pm.Central London offices.
