The Human Resources Manager reports to Center Monday through Friday 8a-5p

Provide management and supervision of the Center’s Human Resource function. Analyzes human resources policies ad procedure and use proper judgment and discretion to resolve issues and problems.
Performs all aspects of HR functions. This includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplines and terminations. Maintains a vacancy and turnover rate at or below the Center standard. This includes filling vacancies in a timely manner and initiating employee retention/recognition programs. Oversees the Center staff training activities, which includes developing, coordinating and administering staff training plans. Ensures the implementation of EEO activities and compliance. Oversees the preparation of HR reports. Ensures the non-discriminatory work environment and equal treatment of all Center staff. Conducts annual wage and salary surveys to ensure that the Center is able to attract and retain qualified staff. Investigate and resolve staff issues and complaint in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Maintains required employee files, logs, and related documentation.
