Your Role

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to support current and future business needsTalent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talentEmployee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesPerformance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceCompliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including adherence to Hungarian labour laws and regulationsTraining & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and performanceCompensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structuresHR Metrics: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analyticsCulture & Engagement: Nurture a positive working environment and drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your Background

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience: Proven track record in HR roles & a history of managerial experience within a multinational organizationKnowledge: In-depth understanding of Hungarian labour law and HR best practicesSkills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR systems and databasesLanguages: Fluency in English.
