We're looking for HR Manager (Senior HRBP) who embodies integrity, partnership, and a forward-thinking mentality.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

You'll be more than an HR manager—you'll be a change agentYou'll be tasked with aligning HR processes with our strategic goals, acting as the first point of contact for our leaders, and implementing various HR programsYou'll also work closely with HR Business Partners across the globe and management to implement organizational structures and processes in line with our business objectivesYou'll be expected to handle everything from employee relations and performance management to compensation guidance and talent programsAs a member of our HR team, you'll have the chance to influence and support organizational change, drive business improvement initiatives, and shape our company cultureExpect to participate in international HR projects, work with leaders across the globe, and play a part in mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projectsWe are looking for a colleague with experience in running Manufacturing companies and various working models who can work independently as an HR plant manager with remote HR management support

What are the requirements?

A university degreePreferably 5+ years of HR Business partnering experience in Manufacturing or tech companies with combination of R&D and ManufacturingFluency in English and Polish, both verbal and writtenA curiosity about building strong business relationshipsGreat teammate with an open mindCan built and maintain strategic partnership with the businessHave solid legal knowledgeReadiness to lead change
