The Challenge

To manage the Human Resources Services section by ensuring implementation of best operational practices, risk management and improvements in Labour Planning, Talent acquisition, Remuneration practices, HR systems and technology, conditions of employment & related policies and procedures which effectively support the achievement of Namdeb’s strategic management goals and objectives.

Qualifications

The Ideal Applicant

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Behavioural Science or equivalent.Post graduate qualification in the HR field will be an added advantage.Advanced Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite Packages as well as HR SAP Modules.Eight (8) years HR related experience including exposure to Remuneration, Labour, Labour planning, HR Administration, HR Systems and Recruitment of which at least five (5) years are on Supervisory level.
