Key accountabilities in the role:
Responsible for end to end recruitment activities within Commercial business areaProactively build and develop relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other colleagues providing consultation, project management and service deliveryDevelop strong partnerships with candidates, whilst building a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.Work with business in the use of Interview approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicantsEnsure assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and China policies/guidelinesManage onsite recruiters to deliver the best-in-class service in volume roles’ hiring,Monitor onsite recruiters’ delivery using reports, metrics, kpi’s and use data to drive improvements, and provide training as needed by working with commercial TAq team leadAccountable for ensuring compliant, accurate and timely data management in recruiting systems and adherence with HR processesGather and analyze feedback from various sources for continuous improvement to ensure that the way of working remains fit for purpose and exploit new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experienceImplementing the recruitment program, by planning, coordinating and overseeing the recruitment and selection strategyThe following qualifications are desirable:
8+ work experiences in talent acquisition, experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Display a pro-active, tenacious and innovative approach to find right talents by demonstrating an expertise in sourcing and screening of high-caliber talents.Proven successful track record in hiring talents in commercial businessStrong capability in Business Acumen and change managementStakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencerExcellent written and oral communication skillsResult driven, willingness to take challenges and work under pressure, with entrepreneurshipQuick learner, flexible and team playerDate Posted
