We are expecting this role to be a dynamic HR Manager to manage talent Management, Development, DEIB and employee engagement pillar for China. This role is pivotal in landing talent strategies that drive growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and creating an engaging workplace where employees thrive. It also needs to partner closely with Group and global teams to localize and implement China strategies with global frameworks and best practices.

As a trusted advisor to business leader and HRBP team, this role will champion innovative talent practices, elevate stakeholder collaboration, and infuse energy into our employee experience.
