As an HR Manager supporting our Store Support Center, you’ll be at the center of shaping how our teams grow, lead, and work together. You’ll lead daily HR operations, support leaders through performance and employee relations matters, and build processes that scale with us as we grow. In this role, you'll be a key partner to department leaders, helping to drive engagement, clarity, and culture through strong HR practices. You’ll wear multiple hats, from policy refinement to coachingconversationsand be empowered to make a real difference in how work gets done.
The Details
What You Need:
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to build scalable systems, workflows, and tools that improve HR operationsExperience leading employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and performance managementBackground supporting organizational redesign, department formation, or leadership transitionsProficiency with HRIS systems and ability to interpret and present workforce analyticsWhat You’ll Do:
Support and coach leaders on performance conversations, engagement strategies, and team dynamicsLead employee relations investigations and policy interpretation with fairness and consistencyBuild and maintain SOPs, policies, and HR processes to improve efficiency and complianceDevelop reporting tools and metrics to support workforce planning and decision-makingPartner with leaders to support org design, change readiness, and leadership development initiativesAdditional Requirements:
7+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate settingExperience supporting hybrid and/or remote teamsSHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferredAbility to work onsite at our Galleria office at least 3 days per weekAaron’s Total Rewards
