Job DescriptionSpecific selection of required profiles with HR Business Partner (e.g., vacancy request, remuneration structure, specifications)Creating/setting job applications considering target group-specific corporate wordingRecruiting & StaffingPaper-based preselection of incoming applicationsSelection of candidates and setting up a shortlistExecution of telephone and job interviewsEvaluation and adjustment of selection toolsOrganization, planning, and execution of assessment centersParticipation and organization of recruiting eventsImplementing and supporting Employer Branding road map and acting as an ambassador Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs, Government, etc.)Design and manage internal communication strategies, using different communication media.  TOrganize integration events for the company.Assure that all the communication within the company comply with the internal protocols including culture, values and strategies of company.Driving sourcing and selection of best fit candidatesDeveloping and updating job descriptions and job specificationsAssessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesActing as an ambassador and a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
