Overview The Global Learning Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and is a key enabler of the business and people priorities by developing and implementing holistic learning solutions which link learning to business and people strategic objectives. The Learning Manager will work as part of an agile team supporting all of PepsiCo’s Enabling Functions. Responsibilities Develop and implement key programs Ensure maintenance of the skill proficiency levels of associates through execution of current global functional learning programs. Enhance the learning curriculum as needed to enable capability Frameworks. Support with the management of all learning globally. Enhance the global communications strategy for the key programs to build awareness and understanding of learning priorities. Partner with HR Ops and Experience to develop Learning Skill Plans and Learning Pathways as needed in the Degreed LXP as part of broader learning content strategy. Partner with the Learning Lead and Global Learning CoE LT on learning content and platform strategy. Qualifications Learning Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Global Learning Lead to design and implement strategic learning programs that align with the goals of the organization. Program Delivery: Deliver training programs tailored to the needs of teams. This includes creating engaging content, leveraging best fit training modalities, and facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions as needed. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training opportunities within the organization. Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Analyze results and provide recommendations for enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Engage and align stakeholders, including addressing tension points and encouraging diverse perspectives. Presents clear and persuasive arguments to secure buy-in to initiatives and drive speed of delivery. Adapts communication style to navigate complex stakeholder networks. Influencing: Connect and influence across multiple HR and talent groups as well as our business partners and senior leaders. Collaboration: Work across boundaries and creating trusting relationships, demonstrating active listening skills. Networks: Leverage relationships within and outside of PepsiCo to help deliver results, seeking alignment from others on key decisions. Digital Fluency: Understand emerging technologies and digital strategies, business models and ways of working. Applies them to unlock opportunities. Integrates them with existing systems to drive digitalization across the value chain. Analytical Acumen: Process and translate data into insights to make decisions that advance the learning agenda. Leverages benchmarking, quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual reasoning to formulate solutions and recommendations. Decision Making: Make decisions clearly delineating between many opinions while also driving an agenda despite ambiguity. Emotional Intelligence: Aware of and monitors their emotions, body language, tone of voice, energy levels, and how these impact others. Creates and monitors a sense of openness about how they are feeling about situations, appropriately expressing themself, creating feelings of trust, understanding, and authenticity. Monitors own and others’ feelings when making decisions, combines the information in feelings with facts and technical information Education in Learning and Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or other related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, Proven track record of implementing and delivering effective training programs. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
