Responsibilities (English) Lead and coordinate all learning and organizational development processes, including performance evaluations, organizational surveys, and more. Initiate and lead cross-site learning projects and solutions in response to evolving business needs. Continuously improve learning and certification processes, implementing innovative methodologies and learning technologies. Provide professional guidance to plants training referents – coaching, professional development, and ensuring standardization and consistency across sites. Manage career and development path programs Collaborate with diverse stakeholders – HR, managers, quality, safety, and more. Qualifications (English) At least 5 years of experience in organizational learning, development, or training – mandatory. Proven experience in mentoring and guiding professional training teams. Familiarity with learning technologies and tools. Strong project management skills – from needs identification to solution implementation. Ability to work independently, take initiative, think systemically, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking. Why join us?
