Job Description

As an HRLP Intern at Lennox, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on experience that mirrors the responsibilities of our full-time HR Leadership Program. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on meaningful projects that span multiple HR disciplines.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human ResourcesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaborativelyGeographically mobile and open to relocation

Qualifications

Requires current enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
