The Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our Team!
The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The HR Leader provides support to HAFD with primary responsibility over our Greensboro, NC and Sylacauga, AL facilities. This role plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across HAFD.
+ Work alongside the functional leaders within the Division to drive a positive team member experience and drive engagement across the locations
+ Collaborate with functional and operational leaders and oversee the overall recruiting process
+ Partner with cross-functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management
+ Ensure consistent application of practices
+ Address complex and varied questions and concerns brought forth by managers and employees
+ Responsible for overseeing Employee Relations and Problem Resolution
+ Administer the annual hourly merit process
+ Address questions on compensation and benefits
+ Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive our HPT culture across the division
+ Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed
Qualifications:
+ Education: University Degree (or international equivalent)
+ Minimum Experience: Minimum Experience 4 to 6+ Years
