Position Summary
The Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our Team!
The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The HR Leader provides support to HAFD with primary responsibility over our Greensboro, NC and Sylacauga, AL facilities. This role plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across HAFD.
Responsibilities
+ Foster a winning culture by cultivating a positive work environment that embraces inclusion, promotes employee recognition, and strengthens engagement within the communities where we operate.
+ Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive our HPT Culture across the location.
+ Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
+ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
+ Partner with cross-functional leaders to complete the performance management and talent management processes.
+ Promote an open-door policy by implementing different strategies to listen to our team members and provide open and candid information through multiple channels (engagement surveys, skip levels, etc.)
+ Manage the performance appraisal systems to drive high performance teams.
+ Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs and succession planning.
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree (required) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
+ Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through four more years of increasingly responsible related experience.
+ Experience in supporting a manufacturing environment.
