**Job Description:**

The HR Leader, Biosurgery SC Israel for the MT Surgery Transformation is part of the Global Medtech Surgery Human Resource team and will work cross-functionally and with global and regional business and HR tiers (BUHR, Corporate Services & Global Services) to plan, partner and execute program implementation notably the PFI and Ness Ziona change management and project management in support of transformational and key business priorities. This person will be responsible for leading all aspects of change and project management, execution of plan, roadmap documentation and metrics reporting to team members, stakeholders, and leadership sponsors.
**Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities**
+ Build collaboration with all transformation office, regional BUHR, corporate services/global service and key cross functional areas partners involved related to in-scope transformational projects which includes multiple workstreams across the business and HR.
+ Lead the change management of the PFI and Ness Ziona transformation initiatives across global and regional platform/HR project plans and milestones across time-zones under diverse cultures and styles.
+ Responsible for participating in, end to end project management, planning-managing and ensuring local execution plans/teams are on track and delivering successful milestones, on-time and within budget of HR and change initiatives in key areas of in-scope transformation priorities.
+ Plan and manage adherence to program management execution plans with regional business and HR partners related to Surgery portfolio and transformation initiatives under multi-phases / country by country and/or regional timelines.
+ Liaise with all cross-functional teams and HR sub-functions for stakeholder and change management and driving outcomes via appropriate management processes of projects/resource mapping to deliverables and milestones. Collaboration with local ER/LR teams and managing prep for works councils which is relevant to EMEA
+ Coordinate and communicate all aspects of HR transformational activities including dashboards, status updates, timelines, risk/mitigation, issue/resolution, etc.
+ Monitor the Key Performance Indicators and scorecards of relevant data to understand the performance and effectiveness of adopted tools, methodologies towards expected outcomes.
+ Interfaces with executive sponsorship and senior management team on various core transformation program and review sessions.
+ Drive and develop change strategies based on type of transformation initiatives that will involve shaping talent organization structure, project implementation timelines based on scope and business priorities in a virtual global environment.
+ Ensure interdependencies are identified, documented, aligned, and executed for overall success.
**Required Years of Related Experience:**
+ A minimum of 8 years program and change management and progressive business partnership experience in matrix environment is required.
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** **:**
+ Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
+ Possess the core program management skills of Project Planning, Resource Planning, Financial Management, Schedule Management, Risk and Issues Management, Reporting, Score-Carding, Stakeholder Management, and other key attributes that are associated with the discipline of Program Management.
+ Build trust-based partnerships with teams within as well as externally with key consulting partners.
+ Project management experience in the significant and complex business transformation and/or A&D space is required.
+ Experience in HR and cross-functional business partnership is preferred.
+ Prior integration or program management experience leading sophisticated domestic and global projects is required.
+ Experience implementing business solutions from scope assessment, functional area alignment on requirements, identification of inter-dependencies between various teams, managing data from multiple source and target systems and experience with implementing points of convergence across HR is preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Project is required.
+ Working with external vendors around HR functional areas is preferred.
+ Proven experience in high pressure, time sensitive situations is required.
+ Comfortable in handling ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
+ Ability to influence others, identify problems and recommend course of actions.
