As a HR and L&D intern, you will undergo a 12 months internship. We offer programs where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects of the specific department.

What will I be doing?

As a HR & L&D Intern, you would be responsible for:

Answers telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensionsTake messages for HR OfficeKeep work area neat and organizedMaintenance of employee records including personnel files, learning historyAssist HR Administrator with recruitment and hiring of new team membersAssist in maintenance of active list of resources of labor and help coordinate placement of current openings advertisingMaintenance of inventory of all training supplies, stationary, and office equipmentComplete daily administrative checklistTake responsibility of Admin related tasksParticipate in planning and execution of internal eventsLiaising with Team Members for requestsPrepare training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, sign-in sheets).Generate training reports and track Team Members’ progress.Set up training rooms (projectors, laptops, seating arrangements).Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and meetings.Good knowledge of Social-Media and Video making
