Responsibilities –

 

As an HR Intern at MARS, you will contribute to high-impact projects that drive business outcomes and enhance the associate experience. Key responsibilities include:

Data & Analytics Project:
Support in designing and analyzing people-related data to generate actionable insights for HR decision-making.

Associate Engagement & Culture Project:
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing associate engagement and strengthening cultural elements within the organization.

Talent Management Project:
Contribute to talent-related discussions and frameworks, focusing on development, succession planning, and performance insights.

HR Process Automation Project:
Collaborate on optimizing and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
