Join Amplifon’s international HR team and help shape the future of an exciting industry at the intersection of Retail and Med Tech.Reporting to the local Head of HR, the HR Intern will support all HR administrative tasks and assist in a dedicated area of Recruiting (with potential for development). The role contributes to the achievement of business goals by ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering an excellent internal customer experience.

Key activities/responsibilities you will oversee:
HR Administration
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (development possibility)
Take responsibility for recruiting activities within a defined employee group Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms such as job boards and university portals Screen CVs and applications, and support the pre-selection process Participate in interviews using a variety of tools and selection methods (e.g. databases, social media, university outreach) Assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential through structured interviews Support and co-develop innovative employer branding and talent acquisition strategies aligned with group-level goals (e.g. university marketing, strategic partnerships) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; serve as a point of contact for candidates and foster strong relationships throughout the recruitment processProject management
Contribute to the ongoing digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes Evaluate and actively participate in new HR projects together with the Head of HR, taking ownership of specific areas as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Assist in designing and implementing overarching HR strategies with a focus on innovation, process optimization, and digital solutions
