During your 4 to 6-month internship in Human Resources based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment. MISSIONS: - In charge of recruiting new interns; - Support the recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports, payroll mutations); - Support the internal communication (HR newsletters, organisation charts, daily communication); - Develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Wellbeing; - Support harmonisation and optimisation of internal processes - Assist the HR team with various other activities and projects.
