Job Purpose
The HR Intern will support the HR team by handling administrative tasks, organizing data, and assisting with HR documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and written communication skills who is looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records and employee files. Support data entry, tracking, and document management to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review employment-related documents, such as contracts and support letters. Follow up on missing information and ensure timely collection of required data. Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions in collaboration with department managers. Support HR initiatives related to compliance, onboarding, and employee records. Conduct basic research and assist in preparing reports or HR-related documents. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Bachelor's degree (any degree)
