· Agile across different businesses.
· Responsible for talent landscape and market intelligence on demand.
· Represents recruitment in project governance calls, responsible for base-lining JDs with hiring managers, sourcing strategy, broadcasting to channels, managing screening, scheduling, assessment, offer coordination, referral drives and focus connects, candidate relationship management and risk assessment.
· Accountable for balancing sourcing channel mix, lead time, diversity and costs. Will have secondary goals on some positions for database mining, sourcing.
· Building an eco-system of suppliers strategically; owning and designing/executing digital branding strategy; Referral programs; sourcing spends; direct sourcing accountabilities for hardest / escalated positions; guidance to Aligned sourcers; consultation to business and running specific hiring programs end-to-end basis request of TA BAMs and approval of the TA Lead.
· Must have excellent Communication skills.
HR functions: talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and worker safety. The different areas of HR have a lot of crossover between different HR duties and other departments
