Role Definition:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is nearing the completion of their studies and is looking for practical work to complement their studies. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR environment providing administrative and organizational support for local HR operations as well as regional teams across Europe. The intern will have an opportunity to participate in projects around data, data privacy & digitization.
What You Will Do
Support the digitization of HR documents and processesOrganize and manage HR files in compliance with local regulations, data privacy and retention schedulesAssist in preparing, reviewing and updating HR contracts and documentation.Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of HR processes including how we manage data retention and analysisCollaborate with the broader EAME HR team on various strategic and operational projectsWhat Will Put You Ahead:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsProactive, communicative with a positive attitude toward workA problem-solver with critical thinking abilityAn interest and/or understanding of general HR principlesCurrently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology (with a focus on work, organizations, or labor), Business Administration (with a demonstrated interest in HR)Fluent both in Polish and English (any other European language would be an asset)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills) and comfortable working with digital tools as well as data analysisWhat We Offer:
