Academic Degree or Diploma. 2. Knowledge of Italian & English language. **Primary Job Functions** : Recruitment Duties 1. Assist with CVs screening and reply to all candidates. 2. Assist in organizing the session called “First Encounter” and other interviews. 3. Assist in hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state laws and company policies and standards. General Activities 1. Prepare Weekly Commitment to Quality. 2. Update Birthdays list, organizing cards and gifts. 3. Prepare materials for Orientations for new hires. 4. Assist in other special HR Projects, such as Cross Training Calendar, Monthly team building activities, Grooming Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Examinations. 5. Create flyers and PPT to promote all HR new activities. 6. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems. 7. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. 8. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property. 9. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc. 10. Follow all company policies and procedures. 11. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. 12. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. 13. Speak with others using clear and professional language. 14. Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. 15. Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. 16. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. 17. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. 18. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. **Administration Duties** 1. Handle casual workers communications to Italian Government. 2. Keep HR files updated through an adequate filing system. 3. Keep track of badges, pins, keys and lockers, which are given out to staff. 4. Assist in finalizing fire and first aid trainings. 5.
